B. Yoga Camps
Free Yoga Camp on 5th August, 2006 in the Auditorium Lawn of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The Camp was well attended and Swami Dharmanandji, Director of Adhyatmic Sadhna Kendra, Chattarpur gave his expert guidance about the benefits of the yogic exercises/practices.
Free Yoga Camp for Doctors Only on 2nd September, 2006 in the lawns of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The idea behind the Camp was to motivate the medical fraternity.
Free Yoga Camp on 5th November, 2006 in the lawn of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, which was attended by over 200 people.
Free Yoga Camp on Yoga for Reversal of Heart Disease on 11th February, 2007 in the premises of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. Dr. S.C. Manchanda emphasised the need to change the faulty life style in order to prevent the heart disease and to some extent reverse it also. He advised the people to exercise daily and do lot of walking, avoid junk food and take lot of fruits, avoid stress and tension and avoid use of alcohol and tobacco etc.
Swami Dharmanandji, Director, Adhyatmic Sadhna Kendra, Chatterpur, New Delhi stressed on the need to do meditation and yogic exercises (demonstrated live) to reverse the heart disease.
Free Yoga Camp on Yoga for Healthy and Happy Life on 23rd September 2007 in the Nursing Hostel Lawn of Sir Ganga Ram Hospitl, New Delhi. The camp was conducted by Dr. S. C. Manchanda, Swami Dharmanandji, Director Adhyatma Sadhna Kendra, Chatterpur, New Delhi.

Book Release & Inauguration of Workshop on “Healthy Ageing Mind Body Intervention” on 8th April, 2006 at Chinmaya Centre of World Understanding, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
